As an expert, I will also make sure things stay focused. If there are fundraising ideas that come up that aren’t strategic and more of a “make work” project, I’ll let you know and ensure my time is focused on meaningful work.

Each organization is unique and your fund development strategy should be unique to you. As a fundraising generalist, I can do it all - from individual and annual giving, major gifts, legacy giving, grant writing and corporate sponsorships. Event management (golf tournaments, galas, etc.) is not included but can be provided as an add-on service.

I don’t track hours and instead focus on deliverables. The capacity of Fractional Fundraisers has been tested and on average, a Fractional Fundraiser works with about 3 clients if they are working full-time. However, time each week fluctuates as necessary. The good news is that you don’t need to monitor my hours!

Typically, organizations start seeing tangible improvements within 3-6 months. However, significant fundraising growth often becomes evident around the 9-12-month mark. Fundraising is about building relationships and systems, which takes time, but the long-term payoff is substantial.

While a fundraiser can't ethically guarantee specific fundraising amounts, I do guarantee my commitment to implementing best practices, strategic approaches, and consistent effort. My success is tied to yours, and I’m invested in achieving meaningful results for your organization.
